Getting started is straightforward. Contact us at info@belizevirtualcenter.com to schedule a call with our team so we can understand your business and specific support needs. From there, we develop a customized staffing plan aligned with your operations and goals.
We recruit based on your requirements across areas such as sales, customer support, and administrative functions, offering staff at various levels of experience depending on your needs.
You’ll then have the opportunity to interview shortlisted candidates at no cost and with no obligation. Once you’ve selected the right fit, we finalize the service agreement and begin onboarding.
Training is tailored to your business—you may provide your own training, or we can support the onboarding process to ensure your team is fully aligned with your standards and workflows.
Is there a minimum duration to do business or contract?
There is no minimum contract period but you are free to terminate a contract by notifying us 30 days in advance.
What are your payment terms and conditions?
Work is commenced only after the receipt of payment in advance. We have the right to terminate, suspend, or put work on-hold in case of payment delays.
